The Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Regular Session at
City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00 p.m. on March 25,
1985. Mayor Bowers in the Chair. Roll call: Absent: Klinger,
Penaluna, Lichty, Getty, Seeber, Dowie, Wright.
The City Clerk/Auditor announced that because of a lack of a quorem,
the meeting could not be held.
The Mayor adjourned the meeting.
