RESOLUTION NO. 2018-088
RESOLUTION APPROVING SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
WITH MARK BRANDES AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Settlement Agreement, dated February 12, 2018, by and between Mark Brandes and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of February 2018.
