RESOLUTION NO. 2018-039 RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS FEBRUARY 5, 2018 FOR A REQUEST BY STEVEN HACKBARTH TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY 1.05 ACRES OF LAND FROM "R-3" MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND "C-2" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO "C -1,C - Z" CONDITIONAL ZONING DISTRICT, FOR THE PURPOSES OF ESTABLISHING AN ANTIQUE STORE AND ONE APARTMENT UNIT IN A FORMER CHURCH BUILDING, LOCATED AT 719 WEST 6TH STREET, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of February 2018, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request by Steven Hackbarth to rezone approximately 1.05 acres of land from "R-3" Multiple Residence District and "C-2" Commercial District to "C -1,C -Z" Conditional Zoning District, for the purposes of establishing an antique store and one apartment unit in a former church building, Located at 719 West 6th Street. Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
