RESOLUTION NO. 2018-041
RESOLUTION RE -SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
FEBRUARY 5, 2018, FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE, COMPACT, PICK-UP TRUCK, WITH
CREW CAB, FOR CODE ENFORCEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of February
2018, for the purpose of considering and acting upon approving the purchase of one (1) four-
wheel drive, compact, pick-up truck, with crew cab, for Code Enforcement.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January 2018.
