RESOLUTION NO. 2018-045
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT WITH MURIEL M. EILERS FOR THE
ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2355
INDEPENDENCE AVENUE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $129,000
PLUS UP TO $5,000 IN CLOSING COSTS, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE ALL
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated January 22, 2018, between Muriel M. Eilers and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to purchase property located at 2355 Independence Avenue in the
amount of $129,000, plus up to $5,000 in closing costs, is, hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
