RESOLUTION NO. 2018-049
RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
C & S CAR COMPANY FOR A 2018 HYUNDAI SANTA FE,
VIN #5XYZUDLB8JG542281, TO BE USED BY THE SCHOOL
RESOURCE OFFICERS, FOR A SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD AT
NO COST TO THE CITY, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the lease agreement dated January 22, 2018, between C&S Car Company and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe, VIN #5XYZUDLB8JG542281, to be used
by the School Resource Officers for a six (6) month period at no cost to the city, is hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January 2018.
