RESOLUTION NO. 2018-066
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PHELPS YOUTH PAVILION PLAYSCAPE
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Culture & Arts Director to prepare and file plans, specifications, bid documents, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the Phelps Youth Pavilion Playscape Project, and
WHEREAS, said Culture & Arts Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Phelps Youth Pavilion Playscape Project,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February 5, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in
conjunction with the Phelps Youth Pavilion Playscape Project are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2018.
