RESOLUTION NO. 2018-067
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PHELPS YOUTH PAVILION
PLAYS CAPE PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-066, plans, specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. for the Phelps Youth Pavilion Playscape Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2018.
