RESOLUTION NO. 2018-069
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ETC. IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
4 WHEEL DRIVE COMPACT PICKUP WITH CREW CAB.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director to prepare specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) four-wheel drive compact pick-up truck with crew cab
for Code Enforcement, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did file said specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) four-wheel drive
compact pick-up truck with crew cab for Code Enforcement, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February 5, 2018
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the purchase of one (1) four-wheel drive compact pick-up truck with crew cab for Code
Enforcement, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February.
