RESOLUTION NO. 2018-070
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) FOUR-
WHEEL DRIVE COMPACT PICK-UP 'TRUCK, WITH CREW
CAB, FOR CODE ENFORCEMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-069, specifications, bid document, form of contract,
etc. for the purchase of one (1) four-wheel drive compact pick-up truck with crew cab for Code
Enforcement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2018.
