RESOLUTION NO. 2018-072
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH PRO WEST & ASSOCIATES IN THE
AMOUNT OF $12,688.69 FOR COMPLETION OF THE ROAD
CENTER LINE ADDRESSING LAYER FOR THE CITY'S (GIS)
GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated February 5, 2018, between Pro West &
Associates and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $12,688.69, in conjunction with the
completion of the road center line addressing layer for the City's (GIS) Geographic information
System, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2018.
