RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDER ACCEPTING
ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND
CHECK FOR $300.00 FROM CENTRAL IOWA VAPORS, 2829
UNIVERSITY AVENUE, WATERLOO, IOWA FOR SALE OF
TOBACCO TO MINOR VIOLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement, dated February 12, 2018, for the affirmative
defense sale of tobacco to a minor violation, between Central Iowa Vapors, 2829 University
Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of February 2018.
