RESOLUTION NO. 2018-077
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS MARCH 1, 2018, AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS MARCH 5, 2018, FOR THE 2018
SPRING STUMP REMOVAL PROJECT, AND INSTRUCT
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction
with the 2018 Spring Stump Removal Project, be approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the 2018 Spring Stump Removal
Project, be scheduled for March 1, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of March 2018,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the 2018 Spring Stump Removal Project.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of February 2018.
