RESOLUTION NO. 2018-085
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS OF GREENBELT CENTRE PLAT NO. 8,
PERFORMED BY K CUNNINGHAM CONSTRUCTION CO.
INC., AND JESUP LAND DEVELOPMENT HEARTLAND
EXCAVATING, AND RECEIVE AND FILE TWO-YEAR
MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, K Cunningham Construction Co. Inc., and Jesup Land Development
Heartland Excavating, performed work in conjunction with improvements of the Greenbelt
Centre Plat No. 8, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, K Cunningham Construction Co. Inc., and Jesup Land Development
Heartland Excavating, completed the aforementioned project in accordance with the construction
plans, standards and specifications of this office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Recommendation of Acceptance of Improvements, for work
performed by K Cunningham Construction Co. Inc., and Jesup Land Development Heartland
Excavating for the improvements of the Greenbelt Centre Plat No. 8, is hereby approved, and the
two (2) year maintenance bond is hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of February 2018.
