Members present: Jordan, Collier, Mollenhoff, Murphy.
Members absent: Krizek, Anders, Getty.
Moved by Murphy, seconded by Collier that the Agenda, as proposed,
be approved. Ayes: Four. Absent: Krizek, Anders, Getty. Motion
carried.
Agenda items for the council meeting to be held on Monday, August
8, 1994, were reviewed and discussed with representatives from
departments that had items on the agenda.
Councilperson Mollenhoff distributed information on the Transient
Merchant Ordinance. A future council work session will be
scheduled on this item.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by
Jordan, seconded by Murphy that the meeting be adjourned at 4:40
p.m. Ayes: Four. Absent: Krizek, Anders, Getty. Motion
carried.
