The Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Special Session at City Hall First Floor
Conference Room, Waterloo, Iowa, at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 21, 1995. Mayor John R.
Rooff in the Chair. Roll Call: Anders, Jordan, Getty, Krizek, Collier, Mollenhoff. Absent:
Murphy.
105980 - Getty/Mollenhoff
that the Agenda, as amended, for the Special Session on Thursday, December 21, 1995
at 4:00 p.m., be accepted and approved. Ayes: Six. Absent: Murphy. Motion
carried.
105981 - Krizek/Jordan
that copies of the Calls for the Special Session of December 21, 1995 at 4:00 p.m.,
be received and placed on file. Ayes: Six. Absent: Murphy. Motion carried.
105982 - Mollenhoff/Jordan
that "an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, City Zoning Ordinance,
by adding Subsection No. 293 to Section 2A-5 Rezoning Certain Property", be
received, placed on file, considered and passed for the third time and adopted.
Ayes: Six. Absent: Murphy.
Ordinance adopted and upon approval by Mayor assigned No. 4144.

that the following application for going out of business be received, placed on file
and approved:
1. Clute's Highland Market, Inc., 909 Independence Avenue --12/26/95 thru 2/24/96
