Members present: Mayor Rooff, Jordan, Murphy, Getty, Krizek,
Collier, Mollenhoff.
Members absent: Anders.
Moved by Mollenhoff, seconded by Jordan the Agenda, as amended, be
approved. Ayes: Six. Absent: Anders. Motion carried.
Agenda items for the council meeting to be held on Monday, June 5,
1995, were reviewed and discussed with representatives from
departments that have items on the agenda.
Moved by Mollenhoff, seconded by Jordan that the right of way
construction bond for Stahl Construction Company of Minnetonka,
Minnesota, be received, placed on file and approved. Ayes: Six.
Absent: Anders. Motion carried.
With no further business before the council, it was moved by
Mollenhoff, seconded by Getty that the meeting be adjourned at 4:45
p.m. Ayes: Six. Absent: Anders. Motion carried.
