Members absent: Collier. Moved by Krizek, seconded by Mollenhoff that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Six. Absent: Collier. Motion carried. City Planner Don Temeyer reviewed the proposed Fiscal Year 1996 General Obligation Bond list, the Five Year General Obligation bond list and the Five Year Capital Improvements Program. The proposed General Obligation bond list for Fiscal Year 1996 of $4,500,000 is $585,000 less than the $5,085,000 General Obligation Bonds that will be retired during the same fiscal year. Councilperson Anders asked how much of last year's list was also in the FY 1996 list and what at stage of completion each project is in. Mayor Rooff suggested that another work session be scheduled to review the progress of the FY 1995 projects. Councilperson Krizek requested that a report be prepared to list all matching funds that are received for each project in comparison to the City's bonded funding. Don Temeyer, City Planner, explained that the Five Year C.I.P. document provides detailed information on funding needs, outside funding sources and cost estimates. Councilperson Anders asked how a project such as the Ansborough Pump Station is treated if the design or construction costs are less than estimated. Administrative Director Bob Stevenson explained that the City's costs are reduced accordingly. The Council agreed to schedule another work session to review the Capital Improvement Program and the FY 1995 progress on one of the Thursday nights when a Ward Table Talk is scheduled. With no further business before the council, it was moved by Getty, seconded by Jordan that the meeting be adjourned at 5:00 p.m. Ayes: Six. Absent: Collier. Motion carried. Susan Fangman City Clerk
