Members present: Anders, Jordan, Murphy.
Members absent: Mollenhoff, Getty, Collier, Krizek.
Due to a lack of a quorum, an informal review of agenda items for
the council meeting to be held on Monday, February 20, 1995 were
reviewed and discussed with representatives from departments that
had items on the agenda.
