The Council of City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Regular Session in Council
Chambers in City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on December 1, 1975. Councilman Lichty
in the Chair. On roll call, Present: Lichty. Absent: Berdell, Geiger,
Getty, Keller, Roehr and Wilharm.
There being only one Councilman present, Councilman Lichty declared the
meeting adjourned for lack of a quorum.
