The Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Executive Session
at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, at 4:15 p.m. on March
19, 1985. Mayor Bowers in the Chair. Roll call: Getty, Lichty,
Dowie, Penaluna, Klinger, Wright. Absent: Seeber.
87129 Moved by Getty, seconded by Lichty
to receive and place on file copies of the call of special meeting.
Motion carried.
87130 - Moved by Lichty, seconded by Klinger
that the Agenda, as proposed for the Executive Session of March 19,
1985, at 4:15 p.m., be accepted and approved.
Motion carried.
Councilman Dowie now present at 4:20 p.m. The Executive Session was
authorized under Section 28A.5(1)(C) of the State Code of Iowa.

to adjourn to Executive Session. Ayes: Six. Absent: Seeber.
Motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Adjourned Executive Session.

to reject the Foothill Corporation Plan of March 15, 1985, for
subordination of security interest for the Rath Packing Company.
Ayes: Six. Absent: Seeber.
Motion carried.

that the Council adjourn.
