City Hall Council Chambers
Members present: Mayor Manning, Angel, Wright, Fox and Dell.
Mayor Manning announced that the purpose of the meeting was to
conduct oral interviews with candidates who have filed a resume for
the Councilperson At -Large position vacated by Robert Brown,
effective April 30, 1992.
Each candidate was allowed ten minutes for the interview with each
candidate being asked the same questions followed by an opportunity
for the candidate to make comments or ask questions.
The following individuals were interviewed: Bill Lemke, Karen
Kono, Ruth Fairbanks, Michael O'Connor, Craig Shirey, Karon Keefe,
Dolly Fortier, Kevin Pons, Robert Grittmann, Jim Miller, Mel
Smelser, Ernie Klatt, Steve Ogden, Jane Fahr, Brasley Bullock.
Mayor Manning announced that he will be meeting with Council
Members to discuss a replacement and will be making an appointment
possibly on Monday, May 18, 1992.
No official business was conducted and the meeting was adjourned.
