The Mayor called the meeting to order stating that the the meeting was to discuss proposed non -bargaining salary and language changes.purpose of increases Jim Rodemeyer, Personnel Director, a provisioonns, proposal from senior management with the following - Freeze in step increases for all non -bargaining employees. - A salary increase of 1% for all employees with base salaries of less than $40,000 per on June increase for those employees yearoversaid base3, 1993 salary. and no - Health insurance benefits would be the same as those are being recommended for approval for the Police Protective Association. - Elimination of educational assistance. - Currently, employees are eligible to receive a payout of week of unused vacation and to carry over one week of unused vacation.
