RESOLUTION NO. 2015-697
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF A 2016 TYPE 1 AMBULANCE WITH A
172" MODULAR.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2015-696, bid documents,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in
conjunction with the Purchase of a 2016 Type 1 ambulance with a
172" modular, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on September 8, 2015 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8thday September 2015 .
