RESOLUTION NO. 2015-696
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF BID
DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF A 2016 TYPE 1 AMBULANCE WITH A
172" MODULAR.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Fire Chief of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, bid documents, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the purchase of a
2016 Type 1 Ambulance with a 172" Modular, and
WHERAS, said Fire Chief did file said preliminary
specifications, bid documents, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc. , in conjunction with the purchase of a 2016 Type 1
Ambulance with a 172" Modular, for the Fire Department, which
were preliminarily approved on July 27, 2015, by Resolution No.
2015-597, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 27,
2015 and no objections were made.
BE IT RFSOT,VED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that said bid documents, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the Purchase of a
2016 Type 1 ambulance with a 172" modular, be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8t7da f September 2015 .
