RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH VJ ENGINEERING, OF CEDAR
FALLS, IOWA, FOR PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING AND
DESIGN IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2016
GALACTIC DRIVE AND FITZWAY DRIVE EXTENSIONS,
CONTRACT NO. 896.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 8, 2015,
with VJ Engineering of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for preliminary engineering and design in
conjunction with the FY2016 Galactic Drive and Fitzway Drive
extensions, Contract No. 896, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th da of September 2015 .
