RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES OF
WATERLOO, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$21, 000. 00 FOR MIXING ZONE STUDY OF THE
EXISTING DIFFUSER DISCHARGE WATERLOO WPFC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Service Agreement dated September 8, 2015
between AECOM Technical Services of Waterloo, Iowa and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, to conduct a mixing zone study of the existing
diffuser discharge at the Waterloo Waste WPFC, in an amount not
to exceed $21, 000 . 00, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th d of September 2015 .
