RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES OF
WATERLOO, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$195, 000. 00 FOR ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION
RELATED SERVICES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 8, 2015,
between AECOM Technical Services of Waterloo, Iowa and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $195, 000 . 00 for
engineering and construction related services, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th da of September 2015 .
