RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADDENDUM TO AN
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION' S OFFICE OF AVIATION TO EXTEND
THE TIME TO COMPLETE THE FY-2014 COMMERCIAL
SERVICE VERTICAL INFRASTRUCTURE (CSVI)
PROJECT UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2016 UNDER
CONTRACT NO: 15281 AND PROJECT NUMBER 9-I-14-
OALO-200, AND DIRECT THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID ADDENDUM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to the Agreement with the Iowa Department of
Transportation' s Office of Aviation, to extend the time to
complete the FY2014 Commercial Services Vertical Infrastructure
Project until December 31, 2016, under Contract No. 15281 and
Project Number 9-I-14-OALO-200, is hereby approved and the Mayor
is Directed to execute said agreement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th da f September 2015 .
