RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADDENDUM TO AN
AGREEMENT FROM THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION' S OFFICE OF AVIATION TO EXTEND
THE TIME TO COMPLETE THE FY-2013 COMMERCIAL
SERVICE VERTICAL INFRASTRUCTURE (CSVI)
PROJECT UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2016 UNDER
CONTRACT 14132, PROJECT NUMBER 9-I-13-OALO-
200, AND DIRECT THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
ADDENDUM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to an Agreement dated September 8, 2015 with
the Iowa Department of Transportation' s Office of Aviation, to
extend the time to complete the FY2013 Commercial Service
Vertical Infrastructure Project until December 31, 2016, under
Contract No. 14132, Project Number 9-I-13-OALO-200, is hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
addendum.
