RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH INRCOG FOR GRANT WRITING
SERVICES RELATED TO A FEDERAL RECREATIONAL
TRAILS PROGRAM GRANT APPLICATION FOR UP TO
$400, 000 TO BE USED FOR THE CEDAR RIVER
WHITEWATER AND HABITAT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.
REIT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated September 8, 2015
between Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa for grant writing services related to a
Federal Recreational Trails Program Grant application for up to
$400, 000 to be used for the Cedar River Whitewater and Habitat
Improvements project, is hereby approved.
