RESOLUTION NO. 2015-576
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF EMULSIONS TO SUPPORT THE FY16 SEAL
COAT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2015-575, approving plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the
purchase of emulsions to support the FY16 Seal Coat Program, was
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
July 20, 2015 as prescribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
authorization to proceed in accordance with said specifications
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July 2015 .
