RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO BITUMINOUS
MATERIALS FOR THE PURCHASE OF EMULSIONS HFM-25 AND
CSS-1 IN THE AMOUNT $24, 950 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated July 20, 2015, between Bituminous
Materials, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the purchase of
emulsions HFM-25 and CSS-1, in the amount of $24, 950, be hereby
approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July 2015 .
