RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO FLINT HILLS
RESOURCES FOR THE PURCHASE OF EMULSIONS CRS-2P AND
HFE-300 IN THE AMOUNT $130, 850 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated July 20, 2015, between Flint Hills
Resourccs, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the purchase of
emulsions CRS-2P and HFE-300, in the amount of $130, 850, be
hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of the Cit f
