RESOLUTION NO. 2015-581
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY2016 POLICE VEHICLE
EQUIPMENT NEEDS .
WHEREAS, THE City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Director of Safety Services to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the FY2016 police vehicle equipment needs, and
WHEREAS the Director of Safety Services did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract and bid documents, in
conjunction with the FY2016 police vehicle equipment needs, which
were preliminarily approved on June 22, 2015, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 20,
2015 and no objections were made.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the FY2016 police vehicle equipment needs are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July 2015.
