RESOLUTION NO. 2015-585
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN IOWA DOT AGREEMENT FOR
TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FUNDING
(STUDIES AND PUBLIC SAFETY INITIATIVES) IN THE
AMOUNT OF $60, 000 AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Iowa Department of Transportation Agreement for
Traffic Safety Improvement Program Funding, between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, dated July
20, 2015, for studies and public safety initiatives totaling
$60, 000. 00 is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July 2015.
