RESOLUTION NO. 2015-586
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1
WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT PAYABLE OF $19, 800 . 00 FOR
CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES FOR THE FY2016 11TH
STREET BRIDGE REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 890, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Service Agreement with AECOM Technical
Services, of Waterloo, Iowa in the maximum amount payable of
$19, 800 . 00 for construction related services for the FY2016 11th
Street Bridge Repairs, Contract No. 890 is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
