RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF STAFFING FOR
ADEQUATE FIRE AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE (SAFER)
HIRING GRANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that acceptance of the Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency
Response Hiring Grant award from FEMA, to hire one firefighter
for a period of two years, in the amount of $164, 944 with no
matching funds from the City of Waterloo, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July 2015 .
