RESOLUTION NO. 2015-778
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DESIGNATION OF THE
CAMPBELL BAKING CO. BUILDING (LOCALLY KNOWN AS THE
WONDER BREAD BUILDING) AS A LOCAL HISTORIC
LANDMARK, LOCATED AT 325 COMMERCIAL STREET AND
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE
SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, the Campbell Baking Co. Building (locally known as the
Wonder Bread Building) as a local historic landmark, located at
325 Commercial Street, is hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute documentation
for the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th da of September 2015 .
