ORDINANCE NO. 5442
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE,
SECTION 549 - LOADING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the 2008 Traffic Code, Section 549 — Loading Zones is amended by
deleting in its entirety subsection (11a) Northeast side in the 200 block of Prospect Blvd. for 164
feet in front of the School, with a five (5) minute limit.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval, and
publication as provided by law.
