RESOLUTION NO. 2015-572
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF THE CEDAR VALLEY
BICYCLE COLLECTIVE TO HOLD THEIR ANNUAL BRIDGE-2-
BRIDGE RIDE UTILIZING TRAILS AND CITY STREETS AS
NECESSARY ON AUGUST 15, 2015 ENTERING WATERLOO AT
APPROXIMATELY 9 : 30 A.M. AND EXITING THE CITY
LIMITS AROUND 10 : 30 A.M.
WHEREAS, The Cedar Valley Bicycle Collective made a written
application to the City Council asking that they be authorized
and permitted to hold their Annual Bridge-2-Bridge Ride on August
15, 2015, and
WHEREAS, said event will enter the city limits at 9 : 30 a.m.
utilizing trails and city streets as necessary, and exit the city
limits around 10 : 00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Cedar Valley Bicycling
Collective to hold its Annual Bridge-2-Bridge Ride on August 15,
2015 beginning at 9 : 30 a.m. , utilizing trails and city streets as
necessary, and exiting the city limits around 10 : 30 a.m. is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July 2015 .
