RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
MARCH 5, 2018 TO APPROVE THE REQUEST BY CRF
RENTALS FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "C -P"
PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF A 36' X 144' 5,184 SQUARE FOOT COMMERCIAL
BUILDING LOCATED SOUTH OF 2911 SOUTHLAND DRIVE
AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall, City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of March, 2018,
for the purpose of considering the request by CRF Rentals for a site plan amendment to the "C -P"
Planned Commercial District for construction of a 36' X 144' 5,184 square foot Commercial
building located south of 2911 Southland Drive and legally described as follows:
OUTHLAND PARK FOURTH ADDITION TRACT C-8, ALL IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February 2018.
