RESOLUTION NO. 2015-568
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
AUGUST 10, 2015 AND DATE OF BID OPENING AS AUGUST
6, 2015 FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT' S LEVEL II SOFT
BALLISTIC BODY ARMOR NEEDS, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 10th day of August 2015 for
the purpose of holding a public hearing for the Police
Department' s Level II Soft Ballistic Body Armor needs, with the
bid opening being August 6, 2015.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20nd day of July 2015 .
