RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDER ACCEPTING
ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND
CHECK FOR $1,500.00 FROM CASEY'S, 1604 LAPORTE ROAD,
WATERLOO, IOWA FOR SALE OF TOBACCO TO MINOR
VIOLATION -2ND OFFENSE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement, dated February 19, 2018, for the affirmative
defense sale of tobacco to a minor violation -211d offense, between Casey's, 1604 La Porte Road,
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized
to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February 2018.
