RESOLUTION NO. 2018-099
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2018 UNIVERSITY AVENUE - PHASE I ,
FROM GREENHILL ROAD TO EVERGREEN AVENUE,
CONTRACT 933.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Engineer to prepare and file plans, specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2018 University Avenue - Phase I , from Greenhill Road to Evergreen
Avenue, Contract 933, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the FY 2018 University Avenue - Phase I , from
Greenhill Road to Evergreen Avenue, Contract 933, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February 19, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2018 University Avenue - Phase I , from Greenhill Road to Evergreen
Avenue, Contract 933, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February 2018.
