RESOLUTION NO. 2018-100
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 UNIVERSITY AVENUE -
PHASE I , FROM GREENHILL ROAD TO EVERGREEN
AVENUE, CONTRACT 933.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-099, plans, specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. for the FY 2018 University Avenue - Phase I , from Greenhill
Road to Evergreen Avenue, Contract 933, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February 2018.
