RESOLUTION NO. 2018-104
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $53,800 IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 BRIDGE AND
CULVERT REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 950 AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated February 19, 2018, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $53,800, in conjunction with the
completion of the Categorical Exclusion Amendment for the FY 2018 Bridge and
Culvert Repairs, Contract No. 950 , is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed
to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February 2018.
