RESOLUTION NO. 2018-105
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,000, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH RUNWAY 6/24, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Supplemental Agreement No. 1, dated February 19, 2018, between
AECOM Technical Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$94,000, in conjunction with the Runway 6/24, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized
to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
