RESOLUTION NO. 2018-107 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY CGA ENGINEERS ON BEHALF OF BCS PROPERTIES, LLC FOR THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF VILLAGE WEST 2ND ADDITION, A THREE LOT COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION, LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF HIGHWAY 63 AND WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE. WHEREAS, on this 19th day of February 2018, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the second preliminary plat of the Village West 2nd Addition, a three lot commercial subdivision, located at the northeast corner of Highway 63 and West Ridgeway Avenue, was presented for approval by CGA Engineers on behalf of BCS Properties, LLC, and WHEREAS, a preliminary plat was previously submitted and approved by the City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on March 7, 2017 and the City Council on September 25, 2017, and WHEREAS, said second preliminary plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, the second preliminary plat of the Village West 2nd Addition, a three lot commercial subdivision, located at the northeast corner of Highway 63 and West Ridgeway Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
