RESOLUTION NO. 2018-113 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT WITH THE WATERLOO COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY (SOUTHERLY 10 ACRES OF MIRIAM PARK) AND ACQUISITION OF THE FORMER EDISON SCHOOL SITE, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
