RESOLUTION NO. 2018-113
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT
WITH THE WATERLOO COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
FOR THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF CITY OWNED
PROPERTY (SOUTHERLY 10 ACRES OF MIRIAM PARK)
AND ACQUISITION OF THE FORMER EDISON SCHOOL
SITE, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Exchange Agreement, dated February 26, 2018, for the sale and conveyance of City
owned property (Southerly 10 acres of Miriam Park) and acquisition of the former Edison School
site, and, legally described as follows:
PARCEL "E" LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
THAT PART OF THE EAST ONE-HALF (1/2) OF THE NORTHWEST ONE-
QUARTER (1/4) OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER (1/4) AND THAT
PART OF THE WEST TEN (10) ACRES OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-
